Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
1. Scope
These terms describe the expected rules for using PharmaGlobal AI's approval-based B2B sourcing workflow platform, private deal rooms, document controls, and transaction coordination tools.
2. Approval-based platform access
Access to the platform is reviewed and may be approved, limited, suspended, or denied. PharmaGlobal AI is designed for qualified B2B organizations and invited participants, including buyers, suppliers, factories, exporters, distributors, brokers, country partners, logistics partners, compliance partners, and internal operators.
3. Platform role
PharmaGlobal AI provides sourcing workflow, document management, private deal room, messaging, offer comparison, payment milestone tracking, logistics coordination, and transaction coordination tools. The platform is not a public medicine marketplace and does not authorize casual purchase of regulated products.
4. Participant responsibilities
Participants are responsible for legal, regulatory, sanctions, customs, payment, import/export, licensing, documentation, end-use, and end-user compliance. Platform workflows, document statuses, and AI summaries do not replace professional legal, regulatory, customs, sanctions, payment, or compliance advice.
5. Sourcing requests and offers
Buyers may submit sourcing requirements or tender information. Suppliers, factories, exporters, brokers, or country partners may be invited to submit offers. PharmaGlobal AI may review, route, reject, block, or request more information for any request or offer.
6. Document review
Document verification statuses are workflow tools. Unless separately agreed in writing, document review does not guarantee authenticity, legal sufficiency, regulatory acceptance, product compliance, or transaction approval. Sensitive documents may be redacted, withheld, or released only after defined commercial milestones.
7. Payment milestones
The platform may support payment milestone tracking and escrow-ready workflows. PharmaGlobal AI does not provide regulated escrow or payment services unless such services are offered through appropriate licensed partners under separate terms.
8. Confidentiality and authority
Users must have authority to submit requirements, upload documents, disclose organization data, and communicate with counterparties. Users must not upload prohibited, misleading, unauthorized, or confidential materials they do not have permission to share.
9. Restricted activity
The platform may restrict, suspend, reject, or block accounts, documents, offers, requests, deals, or transactions that appear prohibited, unauthorized, high risk, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform policies.
